Rescue Her is an anti-trafficking nonprofit that exists to empower survivors of sex trafficking to live in freedom. On November 6-7, 2025 we’re hosting The Well, a conference for those on the frontlines of the anti-trafficking field to rest, be refreshed, and leave equipped.
Our target audience includes nonprofit staff and volunteers, law enforcement, those in the counseling/social work fields, community members, and church groups who have been actively involved on the frontlines.
If you’re reading this page, you already know that the violent and manipulative victimization of men, women, and children through trafficking is a problem in our city and across our nation.
But did you also know that 79% of social workers admitted to experiencing burnout or its symptoms in their current job and 66% of them considered leaving the field?
This is a BIG problem if those who desire to HELP victims of trafficking are at risk of leaving the field due to a lack of healthy self-care practices.
Research shows that it’s more beneficial to everyone involved (clients, organizations, staff themselves) if staff are retained and equipped vs. replaced frequently due to high turnover.
The Well hopes to help PREVENT burnout and help experienced staff thrive in this field so that survivors can receive the best care possible. This conference is the first of its kind in DFW (but definitely not the last). Our goal is that attendees would encounter Jesus and be refreshed and equipped alongside other believers in the field. It will be a day full of worship, teaching, prayer, good food, giveaways, and practical tools.
We desire to keep registration costs for The Well as low as possible so that finances never prevent anyone from receiving the tools they need to sustain their work in this field.
By sponsoring The Well, you are strengthening the frontlines of the anti-trafficking field by pouring into seasoned leaders, while also helping those new to the field establish healthy rhythms early on.
The Well is limited to 100 attendees to ensure the conference can be personal and beneficial for each attendee.

Please Note: Your sponsorship donation will first be applied to the sponsorship need you choose. If we come under budget for that need, any leftover funds will be applied to other areas and needs directly related to the conference.

We’re kicking off the conference with a welcome party and dinner on-site for all attendees to give everyone the opportunity to laugh, connect, and unwind over a good meal and fun activities!

We want to honor the work attendees do by hosting them with excellence. This includes providing high-quality snacks and beverages that truly fuel and refresh, and equipping each conference space with the practical items attendees need to fully engage in each session. This also covers the cost of registration gifts, hospitality supplies during breaks, decor and seating.

This will allow us to provide free tickets to survivors who currently also work in the anti-trafficking field and want to attend The Well. Survivor leaders are a vital part of the anti-trafficking field, and we want to ensure they can easily access the tools and resources they need to continue to thrive as leaders.
