BREAKOUT SESSIONS

  • Refresh: Reclaiming Your Rhythm

    Carrie Grace

This immersive session invites you to slow down, tune in, and take inventory of your life through the REFRESH personal inventory tool. In a culture of constant output, we’ll create sacred space to listen deeply to what your body, soul, and spirit need. Through guided reflection and interactive exercises, you’ll begin to re-align your daily rhythms with what truly matters. Leave with a renewed sense of clarity, capacity, and peace.

  • Reimagine: Vision for a Life You Love

    Carrie Grace

In this experiential session based on REIMAGINE, you’ll be led through a creative process to reconnect with your God-given vision. Whether you feel stuck, weary, or simply unsure of what’s next, this is an opportunity to step away from duty and into divine dreaming. Through journaling, prayerful visualization, and restorative practices, you’ll gain clarity on where you’re headed—and the freedom to reimagine a life of purpose and fulfillment. This is a holy reset for your heart.

  • Faith in Motion: Embracing Creativity Through Dance

    Nicole Clark

Join us for a dynamic and inspiring hip-hop dance workshop where we explore the connection between faith and creativity. Learn how movement can become a form of worship and self-expression, and leave feeling uplifted and creatively inspired.

  • Recharged: Breakup With Burnout

    Josie Carignan

Josie knows firsthand that you can be deeply committed to Jesus, fully invested in your calling, and still be spiritually depleted. Life, ministry, and people are weighty, which is why even the strongest leaders need to refill!  Josie will be leading a breakout session based on a chapter in her newest devotional, Recharged. This devotional is the story of how God gently uncovered the drains of her soul and led her back into sustainable strength rooted in Him, not in performance.

  • The Art of Underthinking

    Antonio Santos

Creative Exploration is like a massage for your brain, but perfectionism and false expectations take your creativity captive. What would it look like to be okay with getting messy and being playful like a child? This activity may loosen up your brain to see creativity flow into all the other areas of your life. No skills needed.

  • The Joy of Process

    Antonio Santos

Have you tried painting on your own, but grew frustrated, so next time, you didn’t begin at all? We’ve all been there! In this class, we’ll have fun, and when you have fun, it’s easier to finish strong. If you follow through to the end, you may produce something you're really proud of!

We’ll utilize watercolor and pencil. Beginners are welcome - I’ll teach you how to draw - and advanced students will flourish. This class will be a 3-step process to creating a beautifully organic painting of a WELL. Not one painting will look the same.

  • Rescue, Rest, + Regulation: Managing Emotional Overload

    Elizabeth Schutz

Do you find yourself giving up your time or peace of mind thinking about clients or responding to requests, needs and demands from clients? In this breakout session, we will look at the beliefs underneath these patterns and practice emotion regulation strategies to manage anxiety, reduce self-abandonment, and support sustainable care.

  • The Other Side of Strength: Letting Yourself Be Cared For

    Cheryll Brasuell

Leading in the fight against human trafficking is sacred and demanding work. It requires deep compassion, resilience, and a relentless commitment to justice. But too often, leaders in this space pour out endlessly for others, get stuck in the cycle of over-functioning and overlooking their own emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.

It's not about stepping away from responsibility—it’s about leading from a place of wholeness, humility, and shared strength. This seminar offers a space for honest reflection, inviting leaders to care for themselves and—just as importantly—allow others to care for them.

  • Praise 101: Enter In!

    Aiva Jenkins

In this breakout, we’ll discuss the daily practice of Carrying the Presence in Praise, the privilege of the saints and how we physically and practically overcome as we practice walking into the presence of God through praise, activating each person in movement, the Song of the Lord, and creative meditation on the word. We’re going to have fun!

  • Solitude in Nature

    Elle Mariah

If you're overwhelmed by the magnitude of problems in your life or work, spending time with God in creation is a beautiful reset. Walking through the woods or on a trail reminds us that He's bigger than anything we're facing. Nature is also a great detox from the chaos of daily life. It's simple, peaceful, and grounding. In this session, we'll visit a local park and break off individually to walk the trails and seek God's heart in solitude and rest.

The link to register for breakout sessions will be emailed to attendees on Monday, November 3, 2025. Breakout sessions are capped, and filled on a first-come, first-serve basis, so mark your calendar!
